David Short has recently joined our boutique, clean energy law firm, Lux Nova Partners Limited.
David joins us following a 20-year career, first at a City law firm specializing in both environmental law and commercial technology law, and then moving in-house to GE Capital with roles in the legal, risk and asset management teams, including managing the sustainability program for one of the world’s largest commercial real estate businesses.

His expertise includes energy efficiency projects and financing, general commercial contract advice for companies working on clean energy and circular economy solutions, including technology and data issues, and energy and resource efficiency policy landscape for the commercial real estate investment and lending sector.
